Homemade Crepes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 2 tbsp of oil

Instructions:

Heat a pan on low heat. Add a teaspoon of oil to the pan. Combine the flour, water, eggs, milk, and oil in a bowl. Spoon the batter into the pan and tilt the pan to spread the batter thinly. The crepe is ready when it starts to peel away from the pan at the edges. Flip the crepe, and transfer to a plate. Repeat this process for the rest of the batter. Fill the crepes with your favorite fruits, spreads, etc. (I used Trader Joe’s Cocoa Almond Spread and bananas, but you can use what you have.) Then your crepes are ready to enjoy!
