Instructions:
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a bowl combine the greek yogurt and honey. Spread the greek yogurt mixture on the parchment paper, and sprinkle granola on top. Then put the baking sheet in the freezer. After an hour, put the dark chocolate and coconut oil in a small bowl and microwave for 30 second intervals, stirring in-between, until completely melted. Take the yogurt out of the freezer and use a spoon to drizzle the chocolate over the bark. After a few minutes the chocolate should harden. Break the bark into pieces and enjoy!
